By using TailorsMind, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. TailorsMind is a product of Turance Technologies. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the platform.
Accounts and roles
Users are responsible for accurate account information, password security, and lawful use of the platform. TailorsMind supports Customer/User, Tailor and Fashion Designer.
Drips, tournaments, and user content
You keep ownership of content you upload, but you grant TailorsMind a license to host, display, promote, moderate, and operate that content as part of the platform. Tournament participation must follow tournament rules, scoring rules, deadlines, and eligibility requirements.
Do not upload illegal, harmful, misleading, hateful, infringing, offensive, sexual, or low-quality content. Rule: "Don't upload an offensive, sexual, or low-quality image."
Payments, wallets, withdrawals, and orders
Payments, wallet credits, withdrawal requests, tournament entry fees, prize payouts, and Drip orders may depend on third-party payment providers and internal review. Users must provide accurate payment and withdrawal details. Fees, transaction states, disputes, and refunds are handled according to platform records and applicable provider rules.
Moderation and suspension
TailorsMind may review, remove, hide, or restrict content or accounts that violate these terms, tournament rules, payment rules, user safety standards, or legal requirements. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for abuse, fraud, prohibited content, chargeback abuse, or repeated rule violations.
Service changes and liability
TailorsMind may change, pause, or discontinue features. The platform is provided with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or outcomes from marketplace, tournament, payment, or creator activity. To the extent permitted by law, TailorsMind and Turance Technologies are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
